NIOSH Engineering Controls Program: Working to Place Barriers between Workers and Hazards 

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has released a one-pager entitled  “NIOSH Engineering Controls Program” which summarizes the recent activities of the program and reviews the program priorities regarding silica exposure in U.S. highway production. The program aims to reduce or remove hazardous occupational conditions for workers by introducing interventions.
