Japan Nanocellulose Exhibition full of Innovation

Vireo Advisors had its first ever booth at the Japan Nanocellulose Exhibition in Tokyo this week. With 33 companies and others presenting, there is tremendous excitement about the technologies and commercial developments. Last year, Shatkin was invited to speak about Vireo’s work addressing the safety of nanocellulose during a summit with hundreds of attendees. This year, she is facilitating a panel discussion among the 6 international participating companies in conjunction with the expo. There are more than 400 Japanese organizations in the Japan Nanocellulose Forum. Tremendous!
