ISO Publishes Standard on Matrix of Properties and Measurement Techniques for Graphene and Related 2D Materials

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has released a new standard that links key properties of graphene to commercially available measurement techniques. ISO/TR 19733:2019 “Nanotechnologies -- Matrix of properties and measurement techniques for graphene and related two-dimensional (2D) materials” is a matrix that organizes measurement techniques to characterize chemical, physical, electrical, optical, thermal and mechanical properties for graphene and related 2D materials. The matrix can serve as a guide for developing necessary characterization data, and the related methods, for graphene .
