EPA Publishes First TSCA Implementation Plan
The EPA held two public meetings in August, 2016 which examined the protocol for assessing and prioritizing chemicals which are governed under TSCA and the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act. 81 Fed. Reg. 48789.
German Environmental Agency Publishes Recommendations on Environmental Regulations of Nanomaterials
A report entitled ‘Nanomaterials in the Environment: Current State of Knowledge and Regulations on Chemical Safety’ was published by the German Environmental Agency last month.

The report offers guidance on reducing potential health hazards that can arise from exposure
